The Campers Guide
PLEASE BE ADVISED: CHILDREN STAY AND PLAY IN OUR CAMPGROUNDS.
We ask that you use caution when driving your vehicle, moving your camper and in the operation of a water craft. Watch out for children! They could be yours…
Please maintain a positive & understanding attitude towards your neighbors & campground staff.
Please be careful with fire by disposing of matches & cigarettes in a safe place, such as the campfire fireplace. Please store flammable items in an appropriate, safe location.
Please respect the natural environment. Do not strip bark from trees or otherwise damage the vegetation. To preserve & protect the water quality of the lake, DO NOT discharge pollutants in undesignated areas.
The permit holder is responsible for the actions of her/his group & is encouraged to assist in making this a positive experience for all by observing the campground rules.
No Glass Allowed.
No Moving of fire pits – leave in designated areas.
Campground Rules:
Campground permits must be acquired in person at the
campground office.
The gates to the campground close at 11:00pm. Only permit holders & registered family or group members returning to designated campsites will be allowed to enter the campground after this time.
Pets must be leased & under physical control at all times.
All campgrounds permits (daily, weekly, monthly or seasonal) must be paid in full before entry into the campground will be allowed.
A 10% NON REFUNDABLE deposit must be paid to hold lots. Lots will not be held until a deposit is received.
Directly following registration, the camping unit must be located on the campsite.
Where sufficient space is available on the designated campsite, the permit holder may set up a screened tent for meals, OR an additional two person tent for those identified in the permit as belonging to the group.
Only one vehicle is permitted on each campsite, unless, otherwise specified.
Campground visitors must park their vehicles in designated visitor parking areas.
The renting, subletting or assigning of camping units, camping privileges or sites is not permitted.
Rowdiness and/or excessive noise is not permitted at any time. One warning will be given then you will be asked to leave.
Alcoholic beverages may be consumed only by the designated campsites.
Fireworks are strictly prohibited.
The speed limit within the campground is 15 km/hr. All motor vehicles operating within the Minnedosa campground must meet requirements of the Highway Traffic Act.
A disturbance which intrudes on other campers is not permitted. This includes excessive noise & objectionable conduct.
Persons responsible for a disturbance or violation of these rules will be evicted from the campground & prosecuted for the offences.NO REFUND will be issued.
A 10 % deposit is required for all reservations. Until we have received your deposit your campsite will be unassigned.
If you are caught stealing water or power you will be EVICTED
For those of you who have SEASONAL CAMPSITES
NO deposits will be accepted until January of the following year.
Seasonal campsites can start booking after Jan 15.
Monthly campsites can start booking after April 1.
Weekly and Daily campsites can be booked after April 15.
